What we are all about  

The Ridge Meadows Division of Family Practice (RMDFP) operates as a nonprofit society providing its 130 physician members with a strong voice to ensure that our members are at the forefront of positive change in our healthcare system.   

Our vision is to achieve optimal health for Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows and Katzie First Nations citizens, by providing leadership and support for our physicians and in turn provide the best care possible for their patients. We do this by improving physician satisfaction by having an organization that builds inclusive connections and partnerships to make meaningful health care changes. Much of this health care change is achieved through our short-term projects and initiatives.  

Joining an innovative, collaborative and creative team of 10, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading alongside the staff and supporting from behind our physician leadership with facilitating creative strategy development, planning, launching and implementing key projects to support physicians in our community. This position requires the ability to manage and implement concurrent projects. It requires healthcare knowledge, stakeholder community engagement, and strong project management skills.
