The Campbell River & District Primary Care Network (PCN) is hiring a PCN Manager.
The PCN Manager is responsible for operationalizing the implementation requirements for the British Columbia Ministry of Health's Primary Care Network Initiatives within Campbell River & District. The PCN Manager is hired and employed by the Division of Family Practice (backbone organization), receives strategic direction form the PCN Steering Committee to execute the PCN Service Plan, reports operationally to the Executive Director of the Division of Family Practice and oversees the work of other PCN staff.

The Campbell River & District Division of Family Practice is hiring a Patient Attachment Coordinator.
The Patient Attachment Coordinator helps connect patients with Primary Care Providers (either a Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner) in our region. The Patient Attachment Coordinator maintains the records of patients registered on the Health Connect Registry (HCR) who are looking for a Primary Care Provider and works closely with clinics to match patients for attachment when there is capacity.
