PCN Support Staff 

The CR & District PCN is supported by a PCN Manager and a PCN Project Lead. They work with and support clinician team members in their patient care activities and in meeting the goals of the PCN. 

PCN Manager | CURRENTLY HIRING

The PCN manager oversees day-to-day operations of the PCN and PCN team. They are the initial contact for PCN feedback from practices and PCN staff. 

PCN Project Lead Kirstie Stewart | kstewart@crddivision.ca

As PCN Project Lead, Kirstie Stewart provides support for the process, structure, documentation, and evaluation tools for the implementation of the PCN. She collaborates with the larger Campbell River & District PCN team and the PCN Operations Committee to support the facilitation and roll out of the PCN Service Plan.

PCN Indigenous Support Lead Jen Cooley | jcooley@crddivision.ca

As PCN Indigenous Support Lead, Jen supports Primary Care Network stakeholders in learning about Indigenous-specific racism and implementing practices and processes that are experienced as culturally safe by First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.
