The PCN manager oversees day-to-day operations of the PCN and PCN team. They are the initial contact for PCN feedback from practices and PCN staff.
PCN Change & Implementation Lead Maureen Clarke | mclarke@crddivision.ca
As PCN Change & Implementation Lead, Maureen plays a pivotal role in the coordination, facilitation, and advancement of the nine strategies outlined in the PCN plan. She works collaboratively with Division leadership, the PCN Steering Committee, the Indigenous Advisory Committee, Island Health, primary care providers (family physicians and nurse practitioners), allied health providers, and other partners.

The PCN Indigenous Lead supports Primary Care Network community partners in learning about Indigenous-specific racism and implementing practices and processes that are experienced as culturally safe by First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.

Janine plays a vital role in the successful delivery of Primary Care Network initiatives and patient attachment efforts through the Health Connect Registry.
