PCN Support Staff 

The CR & District PCN is supported by a PCN Manager and a PCN Project Lead. They work with and support clinician team members in their patient care activities and in meeting the goals of the PCN. 

PCN Manager Renée LaBoucane | rlaboucane@crddivision.ca

The PCN manager oversees day-to-day operations of the PCN and PCN team. They are the initial contact for PCN feedback from practices and PCN staff. 

PCN Change & Implementation Lead Maureen Clarke | mclarke@crddivision.ca

As PCN Change & Implementation Lead, Maureen plays a pivotal role in the coordination, facilitation, and advancement of the nine strategies outlined in the PCN plan. She works collaboratively with Division leadership, the PCN Steering Committee, the Indigenous Advisory Committee, Island Health, primary care providers (family physicians
and nurse practitioners), allied health providers, and other partners.

PCN Indigenous Lead | RECRUITING

The PCN Indigenous Lead supports Primary Care Network stakeholders in learning about Indigenous-specific racism and implementing practices and processes that are experienced as culturally safe by First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.
