Phemie has worked in various executive operational roles in both private and non-profit sectors. These roles have provided her with significant experience working with diverse population groups and stakeholders. She has been living on Vancouver Island since 2012 and prior to that worked as a Director of Operations in Ottawa, ON. Phemie believes that all business success stems from building strong personal and community relationships.

Phemie loves living on Vancouver Island and considers this her home now. She enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter and her dog Bandit. The mountains, forests and ocean are the places that bring her joy and inner peace.
