Michele has been in practice for 25 years and works in a three-member medical clinic in the Western Communities. Michele saw that the Division could improve collegiality and cohesion among family doctors. Many family doctors have left hospital work. She believes the Division gives them a chance to exchange ideas and discuss ways to improve family practice in the community.
