Choose the Right Care at the Right Place
The Division, in collaboration with Fraser Health and with financial support from the Peace Arch Hospital & Community Health Foundation, has launched a public education campaign about health care options available to patients in order for them to “Choose the right care at the right place.”
We are doing this to strengthen the connection between patients and primary care providers and maximize the use of community based services, thereby reducing the reliance on the hospital for non-urgent emergency care.
Laminated posters are available upon request for community organizations. They are available in the following sizes and formats:
1) Poster (18x24)
2) Poster (11x17)
3) Poster (8.5x11)
4) Rack Card (4x9)
Please email email@example.com to request posters.
For most medical problems and health concerns, call your family doctor first. Your family doctor knows you and your medical history.
Same-day urgent appointments are available.
