Urban Locum Program Pilot - Mentorship resources
Locums practicing under the ULP are connected to a pool of five experienced family physicians in Greater Victoria who are available to provide mentorship support through one-on-one conversations and monthly engagement and education sessions.
Locums can bill for sessional time when:

Accessing one-on-one mentorship (up to 2 hours/month)

Attending monthly meetings (1-2 hours/month)

Completing virtual training/learning
