Victoria PCN: RN FTE roles available


There are RN FTE roles available for placement in your clinic.
 

Patient Medical Homes should meet these criteria: 

  • a panel of at least 3,000 patients 
  • completed (or open to completing) panel management/clean up
  • adequate space to accommodate a new team member
  • ready to practice a team-based model of patient care
