Permanent FT | Cook & View Health Centre
Available December 2020
Cook & View Health Centre (group practice) is a new, shared psychology and family doctor office. We need a professional, efficient, organized and experienced MOA with good interpersonal skills and computer proficiency. No room flow or direct patient care required. Competitive wage depending on experience and qualifications. Assets but not required: basic life support (BLS), 1+ years experience, familiarity with Apple Mac. We will consider a permanent part-time position.
- Schedule: 8:00 to 4:30 pm Mon to Fri.
- EMR: Oscar/Juno, Jane
- Management skills
- Document linking
- Phone triage, data management, send & receive patient forms for psychologists, discuss psychological services offered with clients
- MOA certified is required
Permanent FPT or PT | Sitka Health Centre
This is a multi-doctor clinic, 2 MOAs and requiring another full-time 9:00-4:30 pm Monday to Friday or part-time flexible MOA. EMR WOLF experience is required. Located in Fairfield. Hourly wage is $19 with benefits.

Permanent PT | Drs Hutchinson and Leggatt
Available January 1, 2021
Established and well-organized maternity and family practice in the Broadmead area seeks motivated permanent PT MOA for 2 days/week - with the potential for additional hours in the future.
The successful candidate will have:
- MOA experience or equivalent training
- management skills
- document linking
- computer and EMR skills (we use Oscar)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
