Our Place Society at 919 Pandora Ave. Victoria is looking for doctors to volunteer weekly or bi-weekly in their medical outreach clinic. Our Place is an inner-city mission serving Great Victoria's most vulnerable citizens, offering free hot meals, showers, clothing and life-changing opportunities.
Our medical outreach services program is currently staffed a few hours a month by four doctors and six nurses, volunteering a couple of hours per week. Our marginalized and at-risk clientele definitely need more medical attention. For 50% of our clients doctors can bill MSP a regular fee-for-service visit, if they so choose.
