Surrey, BC — The Surrey-North Delta Division of Family Practice in collaboration with Fraser Health and other partners will be expanding multidisciplinary team care, which will include nurse practitioners.
This work is supported by $1.415 million in GP for Me funding to the Division for 16 initiatives to improve access to primary care. A GP for Me is a joint provincial initiative of the Province and the Doctors of BC. Read more in the press release.
