About Prabhjit

As a Junior Project Manager, Prabhjit is responsible for leading the initiation, implementation, evaluation, quality improvement, and risk management of various Shared Care and PCN projects, ensuring that their goals are met effectively. This involves engaging healthcare professionals in project activities and building strong relationships with external stakeholders. Additionally, she is responsible for executing project activities, which includes event planning and management, as well as scoping and writing project proposals.

Prabhjit has obtained a Master of Health Sciences from Western University and a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University. She is passionate about understanding social determinants of health and enhancing patient access to care. Prabhjit thrives on collaboration and embraces new challenges. In her previous roles, she has worked with non-profit organizations and health authorities to design and implement projects aimed at improving service delivery and health outcomes.

Outside of work, Prabhjit enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, and travelling. She also loves staying active by going to the gym or going on hikes.
