As a PCN Coordinator, Angel supports various initiatives within the portfolios of the PCN Director and PCN Manager. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Angel is passionate about supporting the SND Division to remove obstacles, improve patient wellness, and drive system-wide transformation, ensuring that healthcare in our communities is accessible, efficient, and compassionate. She is excited to be part of a team where more than a network of healthcare providers exists. She believes when we break barriers together, we build a future where healthcare truly works for everyone.

Angel is a healthcare and project management professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from York University in Toronto, a Diploma in Healthcare Administration from Seneca College, and a Diploma in Biotechnology from McMaster University. She has extensive experience in quality improvement, patient flow coordination, and biometric project management with organizations including Fraser Health, Scarborough Health Network and University Health Network.

Angel is a passionate yoga practitioner specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Beyond yoga, Angel embraces an active and fulfilling lifestyle. She finds joy in running on the beach—rain or shine—staying energized at the gym, and indulging in the pleasures of authentic cuisines, fine wine, and baking.
