The South Peace PCN is supported by a PCN Manager and a PCN Attachment Coordinator. They work with and support clinician team members in their patient care activities and in meeting the goals of the PCN.

Michelle oversees the daily operations of the PCN and its team. She serves as the primary contact for feedback from healthcare practices and PCN staff, ensuring smooth collaboration and continuous improvement. Michelle works closely with community partners to align services with the PCN Service Plan, supporting the delivery of coordinated, patient-centered care.
PCN Attachment Coordinator Merina Shearing | mshearing@spdivision.ca
Merina supports the development and implementation of the PCN by managing processes, documentation, and evaluation tools. She works with the Campbell River & District PCN team and the PCN Operations Committee to roll out the PCN Service Plan. Merina also manages the Health Connect Registry, supporting patients in finding family physicians and nurse practitioners within the network.
