To successfully pursue our strategic areas of focus, we recognize the following as our core strategic enablers: Communications – We are committed to providing regular, timely, and relevant communication materials to our members, the Primary Care Network, and, when appropriate, the public. We foster open lines of communication by creating opportunities for members and partners to share feedback and engage with the organization. Cultural Safety – We are dedicated to embedding cultural safety and humility into all Division initiatives and throughout our Primary Care Network. By offering tailored toolkits, training sessions, and site visits, we aim to enhance our members' awareness, capacity, and knowledge, ensuring culturally safe practices across the region. Evaluation – We continuously measure and monitor the impact of our initiatives to ensure we are making meaningful improvements in the lives of our members and advancing accessible primary care in our communities. Finance – We uphold sound fiduciary responsibility and governance in all Division activities. This commitment ensures the long-term sustainability of our operations and supports the continued success of our initiatives. Training & Development – We prioritize training and development opportunities for both Division staff and physician leadership. By fostering growth, leadership, and innovation, we strengthen our organization’s capacity to meet the evolving needs of primary care providers and the communities they serve. |
