Well Doc Series 4: Cure Your Time Stress - Practical Solutions for Joyful Productivity

Learning Objectives/Description

"Work harder." This sums up what medicine has taught us about managing our time. In this workshop, we'll explore moving beyond busy and achieving joyful productivity by focusing on what matters most. You'll gain clarity about how you want to spend your time, and we'll discuss evidence-based systems to decrease your time stress. You'll leave feeling empowered and more intentional about one of your most precious resources - time.  

Speaker Details
Dr. Kelly Luu is a physician and coach dedicated to helping physicians change how they practice medicine. As a pediatrician, clinic owner, medical educator, and mother of young boys, she understands the balancing act we do each day. She supports mothers and women physicians find clarity around who they want to be and empowers them to create change.

Dr. Luu completed her medical degree at McMaster University and her residency at the University of British Columbia. She practices medicine at The Kids Clinic in Vancouver, BC, and as part of the BC Children’s Hospital’s outreach team RICHER. She is a UBC Clinical Associate Professor. As a pediatrician, she believes deeply in the power of positive influences on the trajectory of a child’s life. Her ultimate vision is to transform the lives of children by inspiring the adults around them to become their most authentic selves. She can be reached at email@drkellyluu.com.

 

The fourth presentation of the MDs4Wellness: North Shore Well Doc Series will be given by Dr. Kelly Luu on Wednesday, June 5, 2024

Join us for an evening at the Pinnacle Hotels Lobby Restaurant, including dinner and networking with your colleagues. Dinner will be served from 6:30pm - 7:00pm. During this interactive session with small group discussions, learn how to better manage your time to improve your productivity.

Registration closes on Sunday, June 2nd, 2024 @ 5:00pm. There is a maximum capacity of 30 guests to attend in-person, so if you do not see the option to register through the in-person link then you can register to the "Wait List." If anyone cancels their RSVP before the evening's event, those on our waiting list will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is also the option to attend the event virtually via Zoom for anyone who is interested but is unable to attend in-person. Please use the links below to register to your preference.
