Our FP-Specialist Relations Committee identifies collaborative opportunities between family physicians and specialists to improve referral processes and access to specialist care. The committee provides guidance and recommendations for current and future Shared Care projects. They also welcome new specialists in the community by sharing local community resources and tools, and informing family physicians on how to access their services.
