Dr. Laura Potter-Cogan graduated from medical school in the Caribbean in 2016 and is currently completing her second year of residency with UBC Family Medicine in the Comox Valley.
Raised on Vancouver Island, she intends to continue working in the Comox Valley after graduation in June 2018. She has a special interest in women's health, mental health and palliative care.
Laura is ecstatic to be back home on the island after 4 years away. She is enjoying island life again, and keeps busy with cooking, reading, yoga, skiing, hiking, surfing, rock climbing and various other adventures with her friends and family during her time off.
