Tricia has joined the division as our PMH Sustainability Support Manager. Her role with the division is one of relationship building and clinic support. She brings years of in-clinic experience from Family Practice and a variety of Medical Specialists, as well as her love for teaching to her role with the Division. She feels very fortunate to have had a long, successful, and rewarding career in healthcare as an MOA/Manager/Surgical Coordinator, Educator and Mentor. She is a part-time instructor at BCIT where she teaches the clinical procedures in the MOA program. She previously instructed at the Burnaby Continuing Education Center teaching EMR and medical billing. She brings a variety of skill sets and her hands-on experience to support our MOA's and doctors in EMR training, billing, optimizing clinic workflow, MOA development, and HR recruitment. She has recently taken on the role of on-boarding our RNiP team with encounter coding and EMR training.

Tricia leads from a perspective of understanding and positivity. Her passion lies in consulting with physicians and their team to find ways to optimize office flow, increase practice efficiency and build team morale.

Outside of work Tricia loves spending time with her kids and grandkids as being a Nana is her favourite role. She is always happy when she gets an opportunity to let her hair down and ride her Harley!
