Our group accommodation rate at the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel is $289 per room per night, plus the applicable taxes and fees. Accommodation at the Coast Coal Harbour is first come, first served. Please ensure you book on or before Wednesday, April 30th, 2025.

Divisions Learning Session
Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Each division will be able to register one (1) executive director/staff lead and up to two (2) physicians.
Funding
FPSC will cover the cost of the venue, audio visual equipment, learning content, food, and non-alcoholic beverages for this event. The provincial collaboration funding attached to your division’s annual infrastructure funding covers the cost for one executive director/staff lead and two physician leads to attend two provincial events per year. All expenses/sessional payments for the event should be billed directly to your division for reimbursement.
