Posting Description:	In-office clinic work only, house visits are rare but cannot be fully excluded. No hospital, no maternity, no call and no residential care requirements. Five appointments of 10 minutes each are schedule followed by a 10 minutes break. A typical work day is from 8:30am to 2pm. However, the locum may increase or decrease booking hours as they wish. Clinic hours: 8:30am-4pm. WIFI, dedicated physician computer, free parking (may be necessary to park at the Comox Marina), and clinic orientation available Accommodation available in physician's home - Courtenay, less than 10 minutes drive from the clinic. A vehicle can also be made available.

Kootenay Boundary introduces new tools for chronic pain patients and healthcare providers

Trail Times: Kootenay Boundary Division of Family Practice announced that it has launched a new set of tools to support patients living with chronic pain. Patients and their healthcare providers can now easily access information on referrals, services, education, self-management support, and more. These have been developed as part of the Kootenay Boundary Shared Care Chronic Pain Project, with the input and guidance of local physicians, allied health care practitioners, and patient partners living with chronic pain.
