ADoFP engaged with Impact Economic Consultants, developed a Staff Salary Survey to collect local staff wage data to increase industry standard knowledge to assist in practice viability. This information is being aggregated across member offices to determine the range, median, mean and variability of wages by position-type (MOAs, Office managers, bookkeepers and IT staff) and experience level. Each participant will receive a personalized comparative report of local staff wages, providing member with a toll to improve management of Human Resources.
