Long-term Care Toolkit

Since 2015, the Thompson Region Division of Family Practice has been coordinating the Family Practice Services Committee Long-term Care Initiative (LTCI) for Kamloops.

Caring for patients in Long-term Care (LTC) can be quite different than caring for patients in your regular practice. The Long-term Care 101 Toolkit provides an overview of important information, including an introduction to the seven LTC homes in Kamloops, tips and links to valuable resources, and the local LTCI financial incentives that are available to participating providers.
