Dr. Thomas M. Bailey Memorial Award

 

The Dr. Thomas M. Bailey Memorial Award was created in honour of a wonderful man and physician, Tom Bailey.

The award recognizes some of Tom's greatest qualities: excellence in leadership, care, consideration and kindness shown to all.

Nominations for the 2024 Tom Bailey Award are open from August 1 - 30, 2024. Kindly email a copy of the completed Nomination Form to becca.zwicker@sidfp.com.
