Virtual Health Banner 2.jpg

The Ridge Meadows Division of Family Practice have worked with our physicians to set up a Virtual Health Centre to support patients and the medical community.

This is a brand new service. To start, the focus of the Ridge Meadows Virtual Health Centre is to provide consults for patients presenting respiratory-type symptoms who are not able to self-manage their symptoms and need further clinical consult. At the time of the virtual consult, the physician will assess the patient and determine if the patient may need further assessment or if the patient requires testing for COVID-19 or other required services.

What is a Virtual Health Centre?

The physician consults with the patient through a video-conferencing platform. Patients will require access to a computer with a camera and a microphone.  Please use Google Chrome or Firefox.

Why Should I Use It?

If you are a patient who does not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner, or your current family practice clinic recommends you to use, this can provide you easy access.
