Sign-up issue: Automated email process

We are experiencing problems with the automated emails usually sent by the system during the member sign-up process. We hope to have this issue resolved quickly.

 

Email Issue: Not Able to receive emails from external emails

Our spam filter provider is experiencing issues which is resulting in not receiving any external emails. They are working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Potentially Service Impacting Maintenance - Resource Catalogue - March 16 from 10 - 11pm

Please be advised that the Resource Catalogue website host is performing scheduled server maintenance this coming weekend. This may result in a brief period of unavailability on March 16 between 10 and 11pm.

Please be advised that there will be potentially service impacting maintenance performed on portions of the power being provided by Robson's data centre facility during the following window: 

Saturday March 3rd, 2018 07:00-22:00 (7AM-11PM) Pacific Standard 

On Saturday, March 3rd, there will be a potentially service impacting maintenance performed on portions of the power being provided by ​Robson's data centre facility. During the 7am to 11pm maintenance window provided, there may be instances of limited connectivity to your hosted infrastructure. ​They have worked to minimize the service impact to our customers. System and network engineers will be on site to ensure the maintenance executes as planned. 

Please note that the impact may vary due to any unforeseen issues/delays that may arise during the maintenance window. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please contact support@robsoninc.com

UpToDate Access Issue: Update

UpToDate access issue has been resolved. users can now login to update though the division site normally. If you are having any problem with connecting to UpToDate please email divisionswebmaster@doctorsofbc.ca

 

UpToDate Access Issue

Some physicians may see an error message when they click on the My UpToDate link on the divisions website. If you encounter this error, you can still access UpToDate through the UpToDate mobile app and UpToDate website. We are working with UpToDate to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
