Maintenance Notification – Non-Service Impacting

Please be advised, Robson Communications will be performing scheduled maintenance:

Starting: 22:00 Pacific Time, Wednesday, February 24, 2021
Ending: 05:00 Pacific Time, Wednesday, February 25, 2021

This will be a part of our ongoing maintenance to improve and support our clients. We have worked to ensure no service impact to our customers, however, there may be a few scenarios of minor service degradation. No outages are expected.

Please be advised that there will be network and site maintenance during the following window: December 9, 2020 22:00-05:00 (10:00PM-5:00AM) Pacific Time Details : During this window, we will be performing some site and networking maintenance. This maintenance is to ensure optimal service performance and stability.

We have worked to minimize the service impact to our customers and most will not notice any impact. A few may experience between 30 to 60 minutes of service degradation. Please note that this is an estimate and that the impact may vary due to any unforeseen issues/delays that may arise during the change window.

UpToDate Access Issue

A majority of UpToDate users can access UpToDate with no issues but some cannot. IT is working on a solution and will post an update once it is resolved. If you are unable to access UpToDate, please email Maria, IT Project Coordinator at servicedesk@doctorsofbc.ca.

Please be advised that there will be service impacting network and server maintenance during the following window: 2020-10-22 22:00 PT to 2020-10-23 05:00 PT.

Details: Robson will be performing maintenance on a few of our networks and server clusters that require some downtime to perform. This maintenance is necessary to provide added redundancy to our network to ensure optimal service performance and stability. Customers may experience up to 60 minutes of down time throughout this service window. Please note that this is an estimate and the impact may vary due to unforeseen issues or delays that may arise.

Reset your Password Issue

NAS/Network storage Issue: Change in URL to access - RESOLVED

Please be advised that https://divisions-nas2.synology.me:5001 is currently not working. Please use https://198.134.30.208:5001/ to access NAS/Network storage. Note: Click Advance to proceed to the login page.

We are in the process of fixing this issue.

 

Service Impacting Maintenance - Checkbox - 4am Wednesday August 5th for 1 hour

Please be advised that there is scheduled maintenance on Checkbox tonight for 1 hour to resolve the security issue pop up some users have been experiencing. Checkbox will not be accessible during this maintenance, if you have any issues accessing checkbox after this time please contact divisionswebmaster@doctorsofbc.ca

Please be advised we are aware of users experiencing issues with Checkbox surveys, the site is still secure and you can proceed to checkbox by selecting ‘advance’. We’re looking to resolve the issue and will communicate further when a fix is to be rolled out during a scheduled downtime. 

 

Email Issue: Not able to receive emails

We are experiencing DNS issues that caused a website outage yesterday and continued email service interruption. We hope to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible. 

 

Sign-up issue: Automated email process

We are experiencing problems with the automated emails usually sent by the system during the member sign-up process. We hope to have this issue resolved quickly.

 

Email Issue: Not Able to receive emails from external emails

Our spam filter provider is experiencing issues which is resulting in not receiving any external emails. They are working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Saturday March 3rd, 2018 07:00-22:00 (7AM-11PM) Pacific Standard 

On Saturday, March 3rd, there will be a potentially service impacting maintenance performed on portions of the power being provided by ​Robson's data centre facility. During the 7am to 11pm maintenance window provided, there may be instances of limited connectivity to your hosted infrastructure. ​They have worked to minimize the service impact to our customers. System and network engineers will be on site to ensure the maintenance executes as planned.

Some physicians may see an error message when they click on the My UpToDate link on the divisions website. If you encounter this error, you can still access UpToDate through the UpToDate mobile app and UpToDate website. We are working with UpToDate to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
