Practice Advisor, Patient Medical Home

Erika has worked in health care for more than 30 years. With her hands-on approach, Erika supports physicians and their team around optimizing workflow, using technology efficiently, and addressing common challenges.

Erika previously worked at Doctors of BC as a Panel Assistant and joins the North Shore Division of Family Practice as the Patient Medical Home (PMH) Practice Advisor. She brings with her a passion for patient care and physician support. Erika holds an advanced certification in coaching around health and wellness.
