Director, Health Care Initiatives

In her role as project manager, Cynthia is responsible for the Long-Term Care Initiative, Shared Care projects, and special projects.

Cynthia has a BSc in Biology and Nutrition. She is a Registered Dietitian with experience working in population and public health with the Northern Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, and Provincial Health Services Authority. She also has experience working in food insecurity research, community nutrition, and economic development in Nova Scotia. Cynthia also holds a master’s in business administration and has worked as a project manager for over ten years.
