Executive Director

Claudia brings over 30 years leadership and healthcare management experience to the organization, from both the public and non-profit sector.

Prior to joining the Division in 2015, she spent 15 years with Vancouver Coastal Health in clinical management and system redesign roles, including mental health, acute care, and community health programs, and many years working with local non-profit organizations. In her current position, she provides strategic guidance to the Board of Directors and is responsible for ensuring the Division’s strategic priorities are actualized.

Claudia has a B.A. and a M.A. (Psychology) and began her healthcare career as a Registered Clinical Counsellor. She grew up on the North Shore and is committed to ensuring family physicians are supported to provide patients with the best possible care.
