Terrace is a city of 12,000 near the confluence of the Skeena and Kitsumkalum Rivers. It is the commercial centre of BC's Pacific Northwest.
Like other communities in the region, Terrace is a great place for outdoor activities like hiking, golfing, skiing (alpine and nordic), fishing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, kayaking, and snowshoeing. Terrace is home to an art museum, a performing arts centre, and the largest farmers' market in northern BC.
