Ahmed Mostafa

Patient Medical Home Support Coordinator

Ahmed is our Patient Medical Home Support Coordinator who works closely with clinics to oversee navigation activities for patient referrals that are delayed or stuck, overcome referral challenges, and improve the overall quality of referral systems.

Ahmed has a Bachelor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Saudi Arabia, and is currently waiting for his residency in Canada to be a physician. He believes that everybody should have feasible access to medical services in a timely manner, and wishes to use his time wisely, to help provide that.
