Perveen Gill obtained her medical degree in Dublin, Ireland with an additional degree in Obstetrics. Once graduating medical school in Dublin from RCSI, Perveen desired to come back home to B.C. to both practice and build her life. She is currently in the Family Medicine Vancouver Fraser residency program with UBC completing her final year of training. Perveen is looking forward to start her practice and intends to remain in the Fraser Northwest region; her specific interests include longitudinal Family Practice and Maternity. As the resident advisor this year, she hopes to utilize her passion for advocacy and inclusivity to engage new-to practice residents towards family medicine in the FNW region. Outside of residency, Perveen spends time with her husband enjoying golfing and hiking in the lower Mainland.
