Job Summary:

Beautiful, waterfront harbour, 2014 renovated, modern clinic looking for a full time Family Physician or Specialist to share office space with 1 other Family Practice. Not crowded. Calm atmosphere.

Friendly, easy to work with staff. We are fully OSCAR electronic. Flat rate expense includes rent, payroll, MSP reconciliation, and EMR fees. Share an easy-going space without “split” to worry about.

Shift/Hours of Work: Mon to Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Flexible and can be tailored to suit)

Remuneration: Fee for Service

Benefits: 

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA):

• Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to a maximum of $15,000
• Retention Premium: 6.93%
• Retention Flat Fee: $7,977.42
• Recruitment Incentive: $10,000
• Rural CME:
  • Years 3 & 4:  $2,200/annum
  • After 4 years:  $4,400/annum

Eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - desired
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - desired
Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) - desired
