Recruitment and Practice Support

In an effort to reinforce our community health care, our Recruitment and Retention project lead, Tanya Kielpinski, is working hard to bring more medical professionals to our region. Our R&R project is a collaborative effort to introduce more students, residents, locums, specialists, and other healthcare professionals such as nurse practitioners to our communities. This project’s overall collective goal is to support the number of patients and requirements of our region. Tanya works in collaboration with universities like UBC, International Medical Graduates, Practice-Ready Assessment BC Program, as well as our current medical professionals to reach out into their own medical communities to spread the word about our beautiful Cariboo – Chilcotin Region and the unique opportunities we can provide.
