Walk With Your Doc 2019 is around the corner! Surrey-North Delta Division of Family Practice would like to invite you to join your colleagues and patients for our annual walk for health.
This year's event will be on Wednesday, May 8th at 6:00 PM at Bear Creek Park 13750 88 Ave.
The walk is a great opportunity to encourage patients to engage in more physical activity and to model this by inviting your patients to join you for a fun 2 - 5 km walk.
This community walk is also a wonderful opportunity to recognize and celebrate the importance of the physician-patient relationship to our individual and community’s health and well-being, and the important role you play in each of your patient’s lives. I hope you will consider joining us this year.
